Dear Married Couple-
Spring is in the air! It’s time to
relax and enjoy.
I was reading in the NIV Couples'
Devotional Bible that in "today's
busy world, husbands and wives
average about six minutes per week
of in-depth communication. If you
don't count discussions on money,
children, neighbors, relatives and
the weather, married couples average
less than one minute per day of
really talking to one another."
Amazing!
Women of Vision and Destiny, Inc.,
Blackstar Communications and Doss &
Doss have planned a wonderful event
for you to enjoy and spend quality
time together. Women of Vision and
Destiny, Inc. is hosting its first
married couples event,
"A Romantic
Rendezvous for Married Couples"
at the lovely Renaissance
Hotel and Convention Center, 1551 N.
Thoreau Drive, Schaumburg, Illinois
(www.marriott.com
) 1-847-303-4100 -- to bring couples
together to fellowship, reflect and
build life's priorities.
Our theme is
"The Covenant of Marriage."
We encourage you to read "The
Covenant Marriage" by Gary Chapman
prior to the event.
Registration is $199 a Couple until
May 15th -- after this date,
registration will go to $250. The
